At ConvoPilot, we believe your data — and your customers' data — is yours alone. We built this platform to help home service businesses grow, not to trade in personal information. Our business model is 100% transparent: we charge for the software and the leads we help you capture. We do not sell data to third parties, and we never will.
The "No AI Training" Guarantee
ConvoPilot is a deterministic, button-driven platform. We do not use generative AI or large language models to process your messages. Furthermore, we guarantee that **your business data and customer conversations are never used to train any AI models.** Your competitive advantage and customer relationships remain entirely private.
Data Residency & Security
To ensure maximum performance and compliance for our US West region users:
- US-Only Storage: All PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is stored and processed exclusively on servers located in the United States (AWS US-West-2).
- Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- SOC2 Compliance: Our infrastructure providers (AWS, Supabase) maintain SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
Information We Collect
For Business Owners (B2B)
We collect information necessary to provide and bill for our services, including your name, business address, phone number, and billing details via Stripe.
For Your Customers (B2C)
When an end-user interacts with the ConvoPilot widget or booking page, we capture the data they provide (Name, Phone, Email, ZIP Code, and Service Intent) to facilitate your booking and lead management.
Data Retention
Chat history is retained for a limited period (typically 7 days) to ensure session continuity. Booking and Lead records are maintained as part of your permanent business record until you choose to delete them or close your account.
Your CCPA/CPRA Rights
